The Monitoring Standards clause establishes the requirements and procedures for overseeing and evaluating performance or compliance within an agreement. Typically, it outlines the metrics, frequency, and methods by which activities or deliverables will be monitored, such as regular reporting, site inspections, or audits. By setting clear expectations for monitoring, this clause ensures accountability and helps identify and address issues promptly, thereby maintaining quality and adherence to contractual obligations.
Monitoring Standards. The Funding department/s will maintain on-going contact with Recipients and will request regular monitoring information on the funded activities/services throughout the term of the Agreement. This reporting will generally comprise of Monitoring reports in line with the Agreed Co-produced Service Delivery Plan(s); the financial income/expenditure, together with audited annual accounts; will all need to be submitted.
Monitoring Standards. We ensure that: ▪ the quality of teaching and learning is carefully monitored by the leadership team, with judgements made on the quality of lessons; ▪ at any point throughout the year, schools are invited to monitor the quality of lessons provided by Resonate tutors and may wish to join the leadership in joint observations; ▪ Resonate’s Business Plan, policies and procedures are reviewed annually and updated accordingly; ▪ this monitoring of standards applies to Resonate tutors and any supply agencies delivering on behalf of Resonate. To assist with this we, or an agency on our behalf, may make requests to schools for data on music activity. These requests for information are kept to a minimum but must be completed by schools with the support of Resonate tutors. Every effort is made to ensure that Resonate is efficiently run, to keep the cost to schools to a minimum. Music education funding allows Resonate to make a significant subsidy, particularly targeted at whole-class ensemble tuition. Monitoring Standards. Kellwood expects the factory to allow Kellwood employees or Kellwood’s designated monitors to inspect factory by appointment. During the inspection, all pertinent records, documents, certifications and other materials necessary to demonstrate compliance with the above points covered by Kellwood Code of Conduct should be on site and made available to persons conducting inspection. During the inspection, employees will be interviewed to verify information found during document reviews. Payroll, time records, piece rate records must be onsite for a minimum of six months or country law; if greater. Kellwood requires that its Code of Conduct be posted in factory where it is clearly visible to employees. It is strongly recommended that factories conduct employee training sessions to ensure understanding of Code of Conduct.
Monitoring Standards.
1. Archaeological monitoring activities required for exploratory, construction, or construction- related, ground disturbing activities implemented pursuant to this Agreement shall be carried out by an individual meeting, at a minimum, the SOI’s Historic Preservation Professional Qualifications Standards for archaeology or history, as appropriate (48 C.F.R. 44739). 2. Archaeological monitoring will comply with all applicable guidelines and requirements specified in the South Carolina State Historic Preservation Office Guidance for Archaeological Site Monitoring.
3. Other monitoring required as a result of implementing the Stipulations of this Agreement shall be carried out by individuals meeting specific criteria outlined in the appropriate HPTP.
Monitoring Standards. The Packing House Concierge Captain will be in charge of periodic spot checks/rides on the Trolley to ensure customer satisfaction, reporting to Property Manager of the Packing House.
