Common use of Monitoring of Project Progress Clause in Contracts

Monitoring of Project Progress. The State will monitor the progress of the project authorized in this agreement using appropriate and necessary inspections, including but not limited to periodic reports, physical inspection of project facilities, telephone conversations, letters, and conferences.
