Monitoring for AEs. At each visit, after the subject has had the opportunity to spontaneously mention any problems, the Investigator should inquire about AEs by asking the standard questions: • “Have you had any health problems since your last study visit?” • “Have there been any changes in the medicines you take since your last study visit?”
Monitoring for AEs. At each visit, after the subject has had the opportunity to spontaneously mention any problems, the Investigator should inquire about AEs by asking the standard questions:  “Have you had any health problems since your last study visit?”  “Have there been any changes in the medicines you take since your last study visit?” Changes in any protocol-specific parameters and/or questionnaires evaluated during the study are to be reviewed by the Investigator. Any untoward (unfavorable and unintended) change in a protocol-specific parameter or questionnaire response that is clinically relevant, in the opinion of the Investigator, is to be reported as an AE. These clinically relevant changes will be reported regardless of causality.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • REPORTING FOR WORK The Parties are committed to delivering value for paid time. Accordingly, (a) Unless some other reporting location is designated by the Employer, employees shall be in attendance at their work station and prepared to commence work at the scheduled starting time for their respective shifts. (b) Employees shall be diligent in respecting start times, shift completion times, lunch periods and rest break periods.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Monitoring Compliance Upon the request of the Lender, but without incurring any liability beyond the Guaranteed Obligations, from time to time, Guarantor shall promptly provide to the Lender such documents, certificates and other information as may be deemed reasonably necessary to enable the Lender to perform its functions under the Servicing Agreement as the same relates to the Guarantor.

  • Subcontracting for Medicaid Services Notwithstanding any permitted subcontracting of services to be performed under this Agreement, Party shall remain responsible for ensuring that this Agreement is fully performed according to its terms, that subcontractor remains in compliance with the terms hereof, and that subcontractor complies with all state and federal laws and regulations relating to the Medicaid program in Vermont. Subcontracts, and any service provider agreements entered into by Party in connection with the performance of this Agreement, must clearly specify in writing the responsibilities of the subcontractor or other service provider and Party must retain the authority to revoke its subcontract or service provider agreement or to impose other sanctions if the performance of the subcontractor or service provider is inadequate or if its performance deviates from any requirement of this Agreement. Party shall make available on request all contracts, subcontracts and service provider agreements between the Party, subcontractors and other service providers to the Agency of Human Services and any of its departments as well as to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
