Monitoring and Reporting Arrangements. The CCG or the HBC (depending upon who is the Host Party) will provide the Pool Manager with bimonthly budget reports on the Pooled Fund and any expenditure incurred from the same. Where expenditure is incurred on behalf of the Pooled Fund by the Parties or those it commissions to carry out such work then those agencies will be required to record the detailed transactions within their accounting systems and provide bimonthly reports (in a format to be agreed by the Parties) to either the CCG or the HBC for inclusion within the bimonthly Pooled Fund reports to the BCDG.
