Monitoring and Reporting Arrangements. 1. The Recipient shall maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the indicators set forth in the PIP and summarized in Schedule 6 to this Agreement, the carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof.
