Monitoring and Reporting Arrangements. 11.1 The Parties agree that to assist the Commonwealth to monitor, evaluate and report on Caring for our Country investments, the state will ensure that the Proponent supplies data and information: a) to support outcome reporting, including annual reporting on Caring for our Country targets, outcomes and priorities; b) that provides for evaluation of Caring for our Country investments for impact, appropriateness, effectiveness, efficiency and legacy; and c) where relevant and available, incorporates monitoring the ‘state of’ and ‘trend in’ resource condition data generally and specifically to support the Commonwealth to report on and evaluate the outcomes of Caring for our Country. 11.2 The Parties agree that in relation to Caring for Our Country investments, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the State will ensure that the Proponent applies Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement Reporting principles to all programs, consistent with the Australian Government National Natural Resource Management Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement Framework.
