Common use of Monetary Contribution Clause in Contracts

Monetary Contribution. (a) The Developers will pay to Council a monetary contribution of $955,000.00 indexed in accordance with increases in the CPI from the date of this agreement to the date of payment. (b) The Monetary Contribution must be paid to Council prior to the issue of an Occupation Certificate for the Development.
