Modified. A. For purposes of this Section, the term "employee" includes any persons working on duties which are the subject of this Contract, including, but not limited to, the Contractor's employees working on this Contract, any subcontractors working for the Contractor on this Contract, and any of these subcontractors' employees or subcontractors.

The Contractor shall not assign or subcontract the whole or any part of this Contract without the State’s prior written consent.
