Modifications to Current Salary System. (a) Except as provided herein, there will be no changes to the system of salary administration during the life of this Agreement, unless by mutual agreement between the Company and the Society. Significant changes must be ratified by the Society membership.

Significant changes must be ratified by the Society membership. The Company will provide the Society with a spending summary of the salary review, including the amounts and distribution of money spent on merit, in order that the results of the review may be evaluated by each party, within four weeks of members being advised of salary a--djustments.
