MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS. The Company at its expense shall provide Employee with iPhones and iPads and data plan for his use in connection with the Company’s business with a provider acceptable to the Company. Employee shall use and maintain such devises in a reasonable manner. The Company shall pay for the purchase of such initial devices for Employee’s use and a replacement when such devices are eligible for full replacement under Employee’s data plan.
