Mitigate Damages. Each Party shall use all diligent efforts to mitigate its damages, losses and expenses under this Master Agreement and any Schedule.
Mitigate Damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate any damages that Landlord would otherwise sustain by reason of any default by Tenant in the performance of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.
