TERM AND SCOPE OF THE CIA A. This CIA shall have a term of five years from the Effective Date. The Effective Date shall be the date on which the final signatory signs this CIA. Each one- year period, beginning with the one-year period following the Effective Date, shall be referred to as a “Reporting Period.”
Construction and Scope of Agreement The language of all parts of this Agreement shall in all cases be construed as a whole, according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any party. This Agreement is the only, sole, entire, and complete agreement of the parties relating in any way to the subject matter hereof. No statements, promises, or representations have been made by any party to any other, or relied upon, and no consideration has been offered or promised, other than as may be expressly provided herein. This Assumption of Risk, Release of Claims, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless and Agreement supersedes any earlier written or oral understandings or agreements between the parties. Object and Scope of the Agreement The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall provide assistance through exchange of information that is foreseeably relevant to the administration and enforcement of the domestic laws of the Contracting Parties concerning taxes covered by this Agreement. Such information shall include information that is foreseeably relevant to the determination, assessment and collection of such taxes, the recovery and enforcement of tax claims, or the investigation or prosecution of tax matters. Information shall be exchanged in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and shall be treated as confidential in the manner provided in Article 8. The rights and safeguards secured to persons by the laws or administrative practice of the requested Party remain applicable to the extent that they do not unduly prevent or delay effective exchange of information.
RECOGNITION AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT a) The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive Bargaining Agent for all Production Coordinators, 1st Assistant Production Coordinators and 2nd Assistant Production Coordinators, Production Assistants (with the exception of Set and Location PA’s) and any other classifications that may be contained in Schedule A of this agreement.
Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT The intent of this Agreement is to establish uniform conditions of employment for Gas Inspector workers, as hereinafter provided. Local Union 1245 is presently chartered by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO, to cover certain electrical work in the States of California (except Siskiyou, Modoc, and Del Norte Counties) and Nevada (except Lincoln, Clark and that part of Xxx County lying south of the Mount Diablo base line); therefore, the territorial scope of this Agreement shall uniformly cover the above area.
