Common use of Miscellaneous Federal Provisions Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous Federal Provisions. Contractor shall comply and require all subcontractors to comply with all federal laws, regulations, and executive orders applicable to the Contract or to the delivery of Work. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Contractor expressly agrees to comply and require all subcontractors to comply with the following laws, regulations and executive orders to the extent they are applicable to the Contract: (a) Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (b) Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, (c) the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, (d) Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972, (e) the Drug Abuse Office and Treatment Act of 1972, (f) the Comprehensive Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation Act of 1970, (g) Section 523 and 527 of the Public Health Service Act of 1912, (h) Title VIII of the Civil Rights act of 1968, (i) the Hatch Act (U.S.C. 1501-1508 ad 7328), (j) Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. 276a to 276a7), (k) the Xxxxxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. 276c and 18 U.S.C. 874), (l) the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 327-333), (m) all other applicable requirements of federal civil rights and rehabilitation statutes, rules and regulations. These laws, regulations and executive orders are incorporated by reference herein to the extent that they are applicable to this Contract and required by law to be so incorporated. No federal funds may be used to provide Work in violation of 42 U.S.C. 14402.
