Federal Provisions. 2.1. The use of all federal funds paid under this Grant are subject to all applicable federal regulations, including the provisions described below.
Federal Provisions. If this Agreement is federally funded in whole or in part, Contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of OMB Circular A-110. Further, if this Agreement is funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds or if Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) applies, Contractor is required to submit certain information to University. If Contractor fails to timely submit such required information, University reserves the right to cancel this Agreement or, if Deliverables have been provided and accepted, withhold payment until such required submittals have been received.
Federal Provisions. If federal funds (under a federal grant) are expended under this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the applicable provisions of RCUH Attachment 32a (Terms and Conditions Applicable to Contracts/Subcontracts/Purchase Orders (Under Federal Grants)). If federal funds (under a federal prime contract) are expended under this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the applicable provisions of RCUH Attachment 32b (Federal Provisions, Government Subcontract Provisions Incorporated in all Subcontracts POs (Under Federal Prime Contracts)). If federal funds (under a cost-type prime cost reimbursable contract) are expended under this Agreement, and CONTRACTOR is a commercial entity in possession of government property, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the applicable provisions of RCUH Attachment 32c (Federal Provisions Applicable When Subcontractor (Commercial Entity) is in Possession of Government Property (Under Cost-Type Prime Reimbursable Contracts)). If federal funds (under a cost-type prime cost reimbursable contract) are expended under this Agreement, and CONTRACTOR is an educational or nonprofit entity in possession of government property, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the applicable provisions of RCUH Attachment 32d (Federal Provisions Applicable When Subcontractor (Educational or Nonprofit Organization) is in Possession of Government Property (Under Cost-Type Prime Reimbursable Contracts)).
