Common use of Miscellaneous Allowances Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous Allowances. Present Management policy in regard to ▇▇▇▇- bursement of room, board, transport, mileage and related cost incurred by an employee in the exercise of his outside the employer’s establishment, as well as any modification which may be made to such policy, will be maintained for the term of the present Collective Agree- ment. No employee is obliged, in the service of the employer, to use his private automobile, the use of which is strictly voluntary.
