Miscellaneous Additions. 1. All teachers employed with the District for over twenty (20) years shall receive .0146 of the BA Base Degree Salary over and above the basic teacher salary schedule. All teachers employed with the District for over twenty-five (25) years shall receive .0544 of the Base Degree Salary over and above the basic teacher salary schedule.
