Miscellaneous Charges. Miscellaneous Charges apply for the following miscellaneous services when provided with LIS trunks. Exhibit A includes a reference to the Tariff, catalog, price list, or other similar document that provides the amount of each Miscellaneous Charge.
Miscellaneous Charges. 7.3.5.1 Cancellation charges will apply to cancelled LIS trunk orders, based upon the critical dates, terms and conditions in accordance with the Access Service Tariff Section 5.2.3, and the Trunk Nonrecurring Charges referenced in this Agreement.

The School Board will xxxx SSAS for the following services at the rates listed below: Bus Inspection and Labor charges $65.00/hour After hours Inspection and Labor Charges $97.50 Parts for bus/vehicle repair – actual cost + 3% Spare bus rental charges - $2.60/mile The School Board will send monthly invoices to SSAS for these miscellaneous charges which shall be due and payable within fifteen days of billing.
Miscellaneous Charges. The Company agrees to reimburse the Lender for miscellaneous charges and expenses (collectively, "Miscellaneous Charges") incurred by or on behalf of the Lender in connection with the handling and administration of Advances, and to reimburse the Lender for Miscellaneous Charges incurred by or on behalf of the Lender in connection with the handling and administration of the Collateral. Miscellaneous Charges. 10.1. Lessor and Lessee acknowledge and agree that a portion of the Monthly Base Rent includes maintenance of the telephone system currently in place at the Premises, but does not include charges for the use of the telephones. Lessee will establish at least one independent telephone number within ten (10) days of the Effective Date. Lessor shall measure use and will provide a written xxxx to Lessee for such usage as and when Lessor deems desirable. Lessee shall make payment in full for such charges within ten (10) business days following delivery of such written xxxx.
