Miscellaneous Charges Clause Samples

The Miscellaneous Charges clause defines the responsibility for additional costs that may arise during the performance of a contract but are not specifically itemized elsewhere. This can include expenses such as administrative fees, travel costs, or other incidental charges incurred in the course of fulfilling contractual obligations. By outlining how these charges are handled—whether they are reimbursable, capped, or require prior approval—the clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes over unexpected or ambiguous expenses.
