Common use of Minutes of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Minutes of Meetings. 6.3.5.1 The chairperson shall produce written minutes of each meeting which shall be the formal record of all decisions taken. He shall send draft minutes to all Members within 10 calendar days of the meeting. 6.3.5.2 The minutes shall be considered as accepted if, within 15 calendar days from sending, no Member has sent an objection in writing to the chairperson with respect to the accuracy of the draft of the minutes. 6.3.5.3 The chairperson shall send the accepted minutes to all the Members of the General Assembly, and to the Coordinator, who shall safeguard them.
