In accordance with Executive Orders 11246, 11625, 12432, and 12138, the Grantee will adopt the goal of awarding a specified percentage of the dollar value of the total of the HOPE VI contracts to be awarded as a result of this grant to minority business enterprises and take appropriate affirmative action to assist resident-controlled and women's business enterprises.
