MINOR CHANGES IN THE WORK. 11.3.1 The City shall have authority to order minor changes in the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Sum or the Construction Schedule and not inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. The CM@Risk shall carry out such written orders promptly provided that CM@Risk shall submit a Change Proposal if it determines, along with the Contractorconcurrence of the RPR, that a minor change justifies an adjustment in the Contract Price or Contract Times before proceeding with the Work at issue.
