(e) reviewing and approving the Commission's Annual Report, tabling it multi-year and annual plans and reports in accordance with sections 12 and 13 of this MOU;
(f) submitting the Commission’s annual report in the Legislative Assembly and ensuring that the Annual Report is made available to the public after for tabling it in the Legislative Assembly; • within 60 days of receipt;
(g) reporting and responding to the Legislative Assembly on the affairs of the ONTC; • attesting, reporting Commission;
(h) recommending appointments and responding reappointments pursuant to the process for agency appointments by the Lieutenant Governor in Council which are established by legislation or TB/MBC on the ONTC's performance in delivering its MandateMBC, and its compliance after consultation with applicable TB/MBC directives, the Province's operational policies and Directions; • informing the Chair as appropriate, to ensure that the requirements of the Province’s priorities Act are met;
(i) endeavouring to obtain necessary Government approvals, as may be required, to enable Commission to carry out its mandate and policy directions communicating such approvals to the Commission;
(j) developing an MOU with the Chair for the ONTC, including providing the ONTC with Directions; • where required, recommending to TB/MBC any change to the ONTC's Mandate or dissolution of the ONTC, and the powers to be given to or revoked from the ONTC when a change in the Mandate is being proposed; • reviewing and approving annually the Business Plan and Capital Plan; • At a minimum of once every year, recommending to TB/MBC the approval of the Business Plan and Capital Plan; • Commission;

i. Informing the Chair of the Government’s priorities and broad policy directions for the OFA;
j. Meeting with the Chair to undertake periodic reviews discuss issues relating to the fulfilment of the ONTC OFA’s mandate;
k. Working with the Chair to develop appropriate measures and making subsequent recommendations mechanisms related to the performance of the OFA;
l. Consulting, as appropriate, with the Chair (and others) on significant new directions or when the Government is considering regulatory or legislative changes for the OFA;
m. Developing the OFA’s MOU with the Chair and signing it, as well as any amendments to it, into effect after it has been signed by the Chair;
n. Reviewing and approving the Annual Business Plan and promptly advising the Chair whether or not he/she concurs with the directions proposed by the OFA. The Minister may advise the Chair where and in what manner the OFA’s plans vary from Government or Ministry policy or priorities as may be required, and the OFA will revise its plan accordingly;
o. Recommending to TB/MBC any provincial funding to be allocated to the OFA;
p. Outlining the high-level expectations, key commitments and performance priorities for the OFA at the beginning of the annual business planning cycle through the Agency mandate letter;
q. Reviewing the advice or recommendation of the Board, through the Chair, on candidates for appointment or re-appointment to the Board;
r. Moving recommendations forward through the Premier, to Cabinet and the LGIC for appointments and reappointments to the Board, pursuant to the process for agency appointments established by legislation and/or by MBC through the AAD;
s. Pursuant to CIPA, approving by-laws, as may be required, for the exercise of certain financial powers by the OFA;
t. Issuing directives to the OFA on matters relating to the exercise of the OFA’s powers and duties under CIPA; and,
u. Approving agency by-laws and strategic directions, where applicable.

(k) recommending appointments and Capital Plan; • reappointments pursuant to the process for agency appointments by the Lieutenant Governor in Council established by legislation or TB/MBC, after consultation with the Chair as appropriate, to ensure that the requirements of the Act are met;
(l) meeting with the Chair annually or more often as needed;
(m) consulting with the Chair as appropriate on significant new directions or when the Government is considering regulatory or legislative changes that could impact Science North;
(n) when appropriate or necessary, issuing Directions, taking action or directing directing/recommending that corrective action be taken in respect of Science North’s mandate or operations;
(o) determining the ONTC's interpretation of its Mandate or the ONTC’s operations or administration; • developing an MOU with the Chair, recommending approval need for any review and making recommendations to TB/MBC before it is signed by regarding the parties, elimination or consolidation of Science North or any changes to Science North’s mandate; and
(p) developing this MOU with the Chair and signing it into effect after it has been signed upon approval by the Chair; • recommending to TB/MBC any provincial funding to be allocated to the ONTC; • determining at any time the need for a review or audit of the ONTC, and recommending to TB/MBC any changes to the governance or administration of the ONTC resulting from any such review or audit; and • directing the Chair to undertake periodic reviews of the ONTC and making subsequent recommendations to TB/MBC as may be requiredMBC.

Minister. The Minister is accountable responsible for:
(a) ensuring the activities of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ are monitored to Cabinet ensure that its mandate is being fulfilled and that it is in compliance with relevant Government policies;
(b) reporting and responding to the Legislative Assembly for: • recommending on the affairs of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and obtaining reporting and responding to Cabinet on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ performance and compliance with applicable Ministry of Finance and TB/MBC Directives and the necessary authority from Government’s operational policies and broad policy directions;
(c) establishing and communicating to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, in writing, changes in the ProvinceGovernment policy parameters within which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is required to operate;
(d) reviewing, as may be required from time to timeapproving, to enable the ONTC to carry out its Mandate; • presenting and recommending the appointment annual allocation for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as part of the Government’s business planning process;
(e) reviewing and reappointment approving ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ multi-year and annual plans, including the business plan and reports in accordance with section 12 of individuals as Commissioners pursuant this MOU;
(f) reviewing and recommending to the process for public appointments established by TB/MBC; • MBC the provincial funding to be given to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇;
(g) receiving the ONTC's Annual Report, tabling it in the Legislative Assembly agency’s annual report and ensuring that the Annual Report annual report is made available to the public after tabling it in the Legislative Assembly; • reporting ;
(h) the administration of the Act;
(i) recommending appointments and responding reappointments pursuant to the Legislative Assembly on process for agency appointments by the affairs Lieutenant Governor in Council established by legislation or TB/MBC, after consultation with the Chair as appropriate, to ensure that the requirements of the ONTC; • attesting, reporting and responding to TB/MBC on the ONTC's performance in delivering its Mandate, and its compliance Act are met;
(j) meeting with applicable TB/MBC directives, the Province's operational policies and Directions; • informing the Chair of annually or more often as needed;
(k) consulting with the Province’s priorities and policy Chair as appropriate on significant new directions for or when the ONTC, including providing the ONTC with Directions; • where required, recommending to TB/MBC any change to the ONTC's Mandate Government is considering regulatory or dissolution of the ONTC, and the powers to be given to or revoked from the ONTC when a change in the Mandate is being proposed; • reviewing and approving annually the Business Plan and Capital Plan; • At a minimum of once every year, recommending to TB/MBC the approval of the Business Plan and Capital Plan; • legislative changes that could impact ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇;
