Common use of MINIMUM WAGE REQUIRED Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM WAGE REQUIRED. 10.01 The CONTRACTOR agrees that it, and its Subcontractors, will pay each person engaged on the work of this Contract, not less than the minimum wage determination for the applicable described class of work, in accordance with law, as specified by the applicable state or the United States Government, under any state or Federal law which is made applicable to the project, and by the terms of the Contract Documents or any Addenda thereto.
