Minimum Requirements Contracts. Neither the Company nor any of the Subsidiaries is a party to any Contract pursuant to which the Company or the Subsidiaries is or could be obligated during any period to purchase or lease a minimum amount of products or services from any Person.
Minimum Requirements Contracts. Except as described on Schedule 4.25, the Company is not a party to any Contract pursuant to which the Company is obligated during any period to purchase or lease a minimum amount of products or services from any Person and, to the knowledge of the Sellers, no facts or circumstances exist that would reasonably be expected to result in the Company becoming a party to or otherwise bound by any Contract containing any such obligation or breaching any Contract as a result of the failure to fulfill any such obligation.
