Common use of Minimum Rate Clause in Contracts

Minimum Rate. 5.1.1 In respect of wages paid from the first working day in January 2012 the following minimum rates shall apply 16 171.36 (70% of adult rate) 17 195.82 (80% of adult rate) 18 and over 244.79 5.1.2 All other rates of pay shall increase by the amount agreed at each National Conference. 5.1.3 Piecework rates shall be kept under review and where necessary adjusted to take account of changing conditions.
