Minimum Quantity. 7.1 During [the Term] OR [[period]]: (a) the Manufacturer shall supply the Minimum Quantity of Products to the Customer; and (b) the Customer shall purchase the Minimum Quantity of Products from the Manufacturer, under 1 or more Orders to be agreed by the parties acting reasonably.
