The following insurance limits are required for the Construction Services Agreement: Combined Single Limit Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage Employer’s Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence Builder’s Risk Completed value or replacement cost Umbrella Excess Liability $4,000,000 over primary insurance $10,000 retention
