Minimum Membership Clause Samples

The Minimum Membership clause sets a required baseline number of members that must be maintained within an organization, group, or association. In practice, this means that if membership falls below the specified minimum, certain actions may be triggered, such as suspension of operations, dissolution, or renegotiation of agreements. This clause ensures organizational viability and stability by preventing the group from operating with too few members to function effectively.
