Minimum Equipment. Lifesaving equipment shall be functional, available for immediate use (rescue ready) and in position at the scheduled patrol start time and remain on duty throughout the duration of the operational hours.

Minimum Equipment. (a) The Employer agrees that current standards for ambulance stations maintained by the B.C. Buildings Corporation will be made available at each station. Changes and modifications made from time to time in future to such standards will be made available to the Union for their information. It is understood that the Employer will endeavour to replace or update the current stations whenever possible and appropriate.
Minimum Equipment. Customer agrees that the Customer equipment utilizing the Internet Service must meet the minimum computer requirements, which may be amended from time to time. If Customer proceeds with the installation of or uses the Internet Service utilizing Customer equipment that does not meet the minimum requirements, Customer agrees that (i) Customer will not be entitled to customer support from Grande relating to any issues other than the quality of the signal delivered to the Customer's modem, and (ii) Customer understands and agrees that Customer may not be able to successfully install, access, operate, or use the Internet Service. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION OR USE OF SUCH NON- RECOMMENDED CONFIGURATIONS COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CUSTOMER’S COMPUTER, PERIPHERALS, SOFTWARE, OR DATA. GRANDE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.
