Immediate Use Sample Clauses
The Immediate Use clause establishes that certain goods, services, or information provided under an agreement are intended to be used by the recipient right away, without delay. In practice, this means the recipient is expected to deploy or consume the deliverables as soon as they are received, such as using perishable materials upon delivery or implementing software updates immediately. This clause helps ensure that time-sensitive items are utilized promptly, reducing the risk of spoilage, obsolescence, or operational delays.
Immediate Use. The Recipient agrees that it will not withdraw federal assistance until needed for immediate payment of those expenses and will use that federal assistance to pay for expenses that implement the Award no later than three (3) days after receipt, except as an authorized official of the Federal Government permits otherwise in writing.
