Common use of Minimum Break Clause in Contracts

Minimum Break. 7.11.1 An Employee is entitled to a minimum break of 10 hours off duty between shifts, regardless of whether or not such shifts are worked for the same Employer; provided that a break of less than 10 hours may be taken by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee.
