MINIMUM ALLOWANCE. 20.01 Full time employees who report for any scheduled eight (8) hour shift will be guaranteed at least three (3) hours of work or if no work is available, will be paid at least three (3) hours, except when work is not available due to a condition beyond the control of the Employer. The reporting allowance as outlined herein shall not apply whenever the employee has received not less than one (1) hour's notice not to report for work.
