Millennium and Leap Year Warranty. The Contractor represents and warrants that any systems hardware and software which is developed and delivered under the Contract shall accurately process date data, including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing and sequencing from, into between, and among the nineteenth, twentieth and twenty-first centuries, including leap year calculations, when used in accordance with the documentation provided by the Contractor.
