Common use of Mid-Term Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Mid-Term Bargaining. Section 5.01 - Mid-Term Changes at the National Level. During the term of this Agreement, Management shall transmit to the Union its proposed changes relating to personnel policies, prac- tices, and general conditions of employment. The parties agree that it is in the interest of the Government, the public and the parties to negotiate in good faith in order to facilitate the negotiations process.
