Micro Clause Samples

The "Micro" clause typically refers to provisions that address small-scale or minor aspects within a larger agreement, often setting thresholds or rules for handling minor discrepancies or issues. In practice, this might involve specifying that minor errors, such as small accounting inaccuracies or insignificant delivery delays, do not constitute a breach of contract or trigger penalties. The core function of this clause is to prevent trivial matters from escalating into formal disputes, thereby streamlining contract administration and focusing attention on more significant issues.
