Micro. Comm shall submit to BellSouth a notice of its intent to access and utilize BellSouth CNAM Database Services. Said notice shall be in writing no less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to Micro-Comm’s access to BellSouth’s CNAM Database Services and shall be addressed to Micro-Comm’s Local Contract Manager.

Micro. Comm shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If Micro-Comm is using a BellSouth owned splitter, Micro-Comm may access the loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test jack. If Micro-Comm provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.

For example, IFS may use this information to help customers derive more value from the Software and Services, to understand and analyze trends, or to track which features are used most often in order to improve the Software and Services. IFS may share anonymous usage data with its service providers for the purpose of helping in such tracking, analysis and improvements. Additionally, IFS may share such anonymous usage data on an aggregate basis in the normal course of operating their business; for example, IFS may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of its software and services.   • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.
