Methods of determining a job requirement. Only one method of determination will be used at a workplace. The methods of determining a job requirement shall be: 1. Classification of job requirement 2. Rough classification 3. Some other method of determining the job requirement Use of rough classification or of some other manner of determining the job requirement shall be agreed locally: A local agreement may be terminated at six months’ notice for a legitimate reason.
