Methods and Means. 1. Cooperation and technical assistance provided by the EFTA States for the implementation of this Chapter shall be carried out through programmes administered by the EFTA Secretariat. 2. Parties shall cooperate with the objective of identifying and employing the most effective methods and means for the implementation of this Chapter. To this end they may coordinate efforts with relevant international organisations. 3. Sustainable development shall be integrated and reflected in the implementation of cooperation, assistance and technology transfer in the various sectors to which it is relevant. 4. Means of cooperation and assistance may include: (a) exchange of information, technology transfer and training; (b) implementation of joint actions such as seminars and workshops; and (c) technical and administrative assistance.
