Common use of Method of Implementation Clause in Contracts

Method of Implementation. The Contracting Parties shall implement the Programme by undertaking one or more tasks (the "Task" or "Tasks") each of which will be open to participation by two or more Contracting Parties as provided in Article 2 hereof. The Contracting Parties which participate in a particular Task are, for the purposes of that Task, referred to in this Agreement as "Participants".

Method of Implementation. The Contracting Parties shall implement the Programme by undertaking one or more tasks (the "Task" or "Tasks") each of which will be open to participation by two or more Contracting Parties as provided in Article 2 hereof. The Contracting Parties Parties, which participate in a particular Task Task, are, for the purposes of that Task, referred to in this Agreement as "Participants".

The Contracting Parties shall implement the Programme co-operation by undertaking one or more tasks (the "Task" or "Tasks") each of which will be open to participation by two or more Contracting Parties as provided in Article 2 hereof. The Contracting Parties which participate in a particular Task are, for the purposes of that Task, referred to in this Agreement as "Participants".

Each Task will be identified in an annex to this Agreement (each, an "Annex") and each of which Annex will be open to participation by two or more Contracting Parties as provided in Article 2 hereof. The Contracting Parties which participate in a particular Task Annex are, for the purposes of that TaskAnnex, referred to in this Agreement as "Participants".

Method of Implementation. The Contracting Parties shall implement the Programme by undertaking one or more tasks (the "Task" or "Tasks") described in one or more Annexes to this Agreement. Tasks in each of which Annex may be carried out through specific subtasks (the "Subtasks"). Each Annex, and each Subtask, will be open to participation by two or more Contracting Parties as provided in Article 2 hereof. The “Task Participant” shall mean those Contracting Parties which who participate in a particular Task are, for the purposes of that Task, referred to in this Agreement as "Participants"an Annex.
