Metabolic Balance® Program Sample Clauses

Metabolic Balance® Program. It is the client’s responsibility to be sure that this program is right for them, as a refund is not available for any part of the Metabolic Balance® program (including unused consultations) once a Metabolic Balance® individual food program has been generated (this is to meet Metabolic Balance®'s condition of not providing food plans without a package of supporting practitioner consultations.) If a client decides to cancel Metabolic Balance® before their food plan is generated, there will be a cancellation fee of $250 plus the cost of any blood test referrals and appointments already held.
