In the event of a closure of one school which results in the merging of those students into another school(s), or in the event of the opening of a new school which requires the movement of unit members from an existing school(s) to a new school, the district and the Association shall mutually develop a plan for movement of the unit members which will be consistent with this Article and Article 9 –
