Merchandise. The Lessee will not exhibit or sell merchandise in breach of the Permitted Use and will, within 3 Working Days of receipt of notice of any breach of this provision, remove from the Premises any contravening merchandise. On default the Lessor may enter during normal business hours and remove contravening merchandise and hold it at the Lessee's risk and cost.
