Memorandum of Sublease. Sublessee shall not record this Sublease or a Memorandum of Sublease.
Memorandum of Sublease. The Parties hereby agree to execute a memorandum or notice of this Sublease in form suitable for recording.
Memorandum of Sublease. Neither this Sublease nor any memorandum thereof shall be recorded, except if permitted in writing by Master Landlord.
Memorandum of Sublease. Neither Sublandlord nor Subtenant shall execute or record a memorandum of this Sublease without the consent of Sublandlord and Master Landlord.
Memorandum of Sublease. Upon either party’s written request, Sublandlord and Subtenant shall promptly execute and record a memorandum of this Sublease in substantially the form attached as Exhibit G; provided the cost of recording such memorandum shall be borne by the requesting party. This Sublease shall not be recorded in its entirety unless Sublandlord and Subtenant agree otherwise, in writing.
Memorandum of Sublease. This Sublease shall not be recorded, and no memorandum of this Sublease shall be recorded.
Memorandum of Sublease. This Memorandum of Sublease is made as of August ___, 2007, by and among XXXXX REIT ONE WILSHIRE SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Sublandlord”), CRG WEST ONE WILSHIRE, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“Subtenant”), and XXXXX REIT ONE WILSHIRE LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Owner”), with reference to the following facts:
Memorandum of Sublease. This Sublease shall not be recorded, but the parties agree to execute a written Memorandum of this Sublease for recordation in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Horry County. Such Memorandum shall describe the subleased Premises, the sublease term, together with any other terms mutually agreed to by the parties.
Memorandum of Sublease. Concurrently with the execution of this Sublease, the parties shall execute and acknowledge a memorandum of this Sublease for the purpose of recording that document in the office of the Santa Xxxx County Recorder. Such memorandum shall contain a description of the Unit, the names of the Association and Home Owner, and the term of this Sublease.
Memorandum of Sublease. Neither IP nor Exult shall execute or record a memorandum of this Sublease without the consent of IP and Landlord.
