Common use of Membership Term Clause in Contracts

Membership Term. The initial term of membership (“Initial Term”) shall begin from the date the Agreement is fully executed by the duly authorized representatives of the Parties (“Effective Date”) and shall continue in force through the last day of the calendar year in which the Effective Date falls (“Anniversary Date”); provided that the Initial Member Fee set forth in Section 2(a) above shall be for the period through December 31, .
