Membership Term. This Agreement shall be for one calendar year, which shall run from September 1 through August 31 of each calendar year, and shall become effective upon approval by both the Program Member’s governing body, and the Region 2 ESC Board of Directors. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms, unless sooner terminated as provided in this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to the initial term of Membership and all renewals, unless the terms and conditions are modified in writing, and approved by the governing body of GoodBuy, the Region 2 ESC Board of Directors. There is no fee for Program Membership.
