Membership Options. (a) We offer different Membership Options, as amended from time to time. :You agree that a TQ Fitness staff member has provided you with, and that you understand information about each Membership Option available to you. (b) You agree to pay TQ Fitness the relevant Fees associated with each option that you have selected in respect of your: (i) Membership Option; (ii) Minimum Term; and
