Membership of Committee. A Committee may be designated by Employer, consisting of at least three individuals appointed by Employer to serve at its pleasure, but unless Employer determines otherwise, Employer’s existing “Investment Committee”, which monitors the investments of Employer’s qualified retirement plans, will serve as the Committee hereunder.
