Common use of Member's Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Member's Acknowledgment. A member's signature, if required on any document, shall only represent acknowledgment of receipt of a copy of the document. It shall not be viewed as a representation that the member has concurred with the contents or comments thereon. A member may decline or refuse to sign a document without penalty. The member shall receive a copy of the final form of the document, whether signed by the member or not.
