Common use of Member Liability Clause in Contracts

Member Liability. You are responsible for all transfers you authorize using your EFT services under this Agreement. If you permit an Authorized Signer or any other persons to use an EFT service, Card, or PIN, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts.
