Member Liability. To the extent permitted under Section 4042 of the Statutes, the Member shall not be personally liable for the obligations of the Company. Pursuant to Section 4054 of the Statutes, the Member may take any part in the control, management, direction, or operation of the Company's affairs and has the power to bind the Company. Any agreement must be signed by the Member to legally bind the Company.
