Common use of MEMBER EVALUATIONS Clause in Contracts

MEMBER EVALUATIONS. Host sites must complete evaluation of each member’s term of service. Members who do not receive an evaluation are not eligible for their education award and will be exited for cause. Host sites must complete a mid-term evaluation of each full-time and half-time member by the first working Friday in March. Host sites must complete an end-of-term evaluation of each member and submit it to the [AMERICORPS PROGRAM] within 7 days of the member’s last day of service as indicated on the member service agreement. Evaluations must be signed and dated by both the member and site supervisor.
