Common use of Meetings with the President Clause in Contracts

Meetings with the President. At the request of either party, the President and his/her designee and the Union President and his/her designee shall meet within a reasonable period of time to discuss matters relating to this Agreement. The Union President and his/her designee suffer no loss in pay while attending any such meetings. However, meetings shall be scheduled in such a manner as to minimize the loss of scheduled class time.
